Property address and flat number
Description of repair issues and photos you upload
IP address and submission timestamp
Your GDPR consent record

To manage and resolve your repair request (legitimate interest / contract performance)
To contact you about the status of your repair
To assign contractors where necessary
To maintain records as required by law

4. Who We Share Data With

We only share the minimum necessary data with trusted contractors arranged to carry out your repair. All contractors are bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your data.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Repair records are retained for 6 years after the end of your tenancy in line with the UK Limitation Act 1980. Photographs are deleted when no longer required.
